Pity it's come to this foolishness. [ Loki utters with a little irritated twist to his words. ] A dead world filled with lies is hardly enough to keep me from my cause. [ There's a thoughtful pause, as if considering what should be said before he continues, his voice slipping back into that perfected silky tone he's known for. ] What to do if you're not real; I do hope none expect me to swallow such swill.
[ His existence false? Never. ] The pictures may have been convincing, but nothing that cannot be conjured. [ Perhaps not word for word... He bites down on those thoughts. One never knew where the information came from, perhaps another that saw as Heimdall did. He digresses, ]
I know not how you drew me from the pull of the tesseract, nor how such an elaborate ruse was created to plant me as such on this barren planet but I find no amusement in it. Nor the weapon you have bestowed upon me. [ A War Hammer? That's a pretty big personal 'screw you' to Loki. ]
To those who claim-- [ As he does not trust easily enough to believe that the truth is what they will speak; but he is curious as to their answers regardless. ]-- capture I inquire upon your own circumstances prior to your arrival here.

voice;
No sleep, no movement, no death?
voice;
[A strange question, he thinks. John isn't quite sure he understands what the man is getting at.]
voice forever! \o/
Even if I question my demise coming about so easily.
wooo~
I'm certain I'm very much alive. I'm just here instead of where I should be.

However, I am inclined to believe death is only a possible answer; as my self and my traveling companion are not so easily written to the book of death.
[ Cheerful sort, isn't he? ]
no subject
Traveling companion? You have a friend here?
no subject
We were traveling at the moment of capture; thus I assume he may be around here, or had to be disposed of for my capture.
no subject
[Definitely unsettling.]
My name is John, by the way.
no subject
People of whom you have previous knowledge?
no subject
[John sure didn't expect to see Sherlock.]

I was in the marketplace in Alubarna. And then I was here, it just happened out of nowhere.
voice;
I do not doubt your words on that front, there is nary magic that winds itself so tightly about many. [ Thanos, his first assumption, would not be this creative as far as he was concerned. Perhaps Amora, but she would not take so many... ]
I have not learned of an Alubarna; is it upon Earth? [ As most do not know the term Midgard and it's use only exposes more about who he is. ]
action;
The Tesserast, Loki. Where is it?
action;
This conversation has been had. [ And a smile touches his lips, amused and sarcastic as he spreads his arms wide. ] I know not where it is.
action;
And I am to believe that you in all your schemes had no hand in [ a hjand is waved to indicate the surrounding area ] ...this?
action;
You think I've brought us both to a barren planet with the intention of making you believe your existence is false? [ Snort. ] Does that sound like a plan of mine to you?
action;
I do not pretend to know your mind any longer, brother. [ Spoken with the demanding growl lost from the tone before he's released with a slight gruff shove. There aren't immediate answers and it wears on him to have Loki free and the Tesseract lost to them once more in a strange land. ]
action forever; →
I do not expect you to believe me, one way or the other, but you haven't much choice but to go with what I have said for now.
no subject
I go with what I observe - what you say has little to do with it. [ That's the closet he'll get to a 'yes, you're right' for now. He steps close again, not throttling him again but enough to be looming ] You will stay by my side, you will do as commanded of you, and the Nine help you if I find you've harmed any of the innocents here, brother. You are yet a prisoner and still my ward until Asgard is reached.
no subject
What interest would I have in a barren planet?
no subject
[ He expects Loki to follow, but will listen for footfalls regardless. ]
no subject
If you continue to speak to me like a dog do not be surprised if you get bitten.
no subject
Do not act as a child and I won't see the need to treat you as one. [ And onward he trudges, looking a bit sullen now at this turn out, adjusting the strap of his duffle bag across his back as he goes. ]
text; chance of video if sherlock gets interested. ;;
Informing us that our existence is fictitious was not terribly smart of them, considering the environment we're placed in: everyone will be too busy worrying about "survival" instead of focusing on existential issues.
Tesseract? Explain.
I was in London. Then here. Nothing noteworthy.
-SH.
voice; Woot.
[ He decides there is little harm elaborating on the tesseract as there's little a single mortal in this sort of realm can do with it. ] A small cube of enormous power.
In London doing what?
no subject
...I didn't think people actually talked like that outside of movies.

Looks like I might get to put an arrow in your eye after all, doesn't it?
